The I Prize, title of prize winner

Ganbaatar Ariunbaatar (Baritone)

He was born on 8th of April 1988 in the city of Ulan Bator (Mongolia). In 2005 he was admitted to the Mongolia National University of Art and Culture, department of Opera Singing, (group of O. Ichinhorloo, professor a honoured artist of Mongolia). In 2009-2012 he was the soloist of the Suld vocal group. In 2012 he was invited to the take the part of the soloist at the Mongolian State Philarmony, and he works there till the present time. He is the participant of international festivals and contests held in the USA, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Russia. In 2011 he was awarded with the 1st prize at the XXIV International Vocalists Competition named after M.I. Glinka (Moscow, Russia). At the present time he works at the opera Rigoletto by G. Verdi where he performs the part of Rigoletto, jester of the Duke of Mantua, as well as at the opera Tosca by G. Puccini, part of the chief of Rome police Baron Scarpia.

Liparit Avetisyan (Tenor)

He was born on 30th of November 1990 in the city of Erevan (Republic of Armenia). In 2008 admitted to the Tchaikovski Moscow State Conservatory (group of professor B.N. Kudryavtsev). In 2011 transferred to the Komitas Erevan State Conservatory (group of professor R.A. Akopyants). In 2011 performed at the Kremlin Palace together with the Presidental Orchestra of Russia and Sretensky Monastery Choir. In 2010 took the second place at the International Vocalists Contest “Muse of the World” (Moscow, Russia). The prize winner (2nd award) and winner of audience award of the II Maria Biesu International Opera Singers Contest (Moldova, city of Kishinev). In 2012 won the Viotti International Music Competition named after Gian Battista Viotti (Vercelli, Italy). Since 2013 he has been the leading soloist of the A.A. Spendiarov Erevan National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. In 2013 participated in the project created by Serge Avedikian (opera Anush by A. Tigranian and O. Tumanian), and took the primary part of Saro, also took part in the gala concert of soloists of the A.A. Spendiarov Erevan National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet (Armenia, city of Erevan). He gave recitals in Armenia, England, Russia, the Ukraine, France, Belgium, China. His repertoire includes parts of Lensky (Eugene Onegin by P.I. Tchaikovski), the Duke (Rigoletto by G. Verdi), Alfred (La Traviata by G. Verdi), Don Jose (Carmen by G. Bizet), Rodolfo (La Boheme by G. Puccini) and many others.

Pavel Petrov (Tenor)

He was born on 11th of July 1991 in the city of Brest (Republic of Belarus). He left music school, class of flute and guitar. Starting from the school time he has already began participating in many international contests and festivals. He started his creative career at the Children and Teenagers Activity Center in Borisov (Republic of Belarus). In 2009 he was admitted to the Belarus State Acedemy of Music, preparatory division, studied for 2 years there and was admitted to the primary course, specialty academic vocal (group of professor P.V. Ridiger, the People’s Artist of the Republic of Belarus). Since 2012 he has been the soloist of the National Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus. In 2013 he won the 2nd prize at the International Stanislaw Moniuszko Vocal Competition (city of Warszawa, Poland), won the 1st prize at the International Vocalists Competition named after M. Biesu (city of Kishinev, Moldova). In 2014 he was awarded with the gold medal of the 1st International Delphic Games (city of Volgograd, Russia), won the 3rd place at the International Stanislaw Moniuszko Competition “Ubelsk Swallow” (city of Minsk, Belarus). His repertoire includes: Lensky (Eugene Onegin opera by P.I. Tchaikovski), Alfred (La Traviata opera by G. Verdi), Young Gypsy (Aleko opera by S.V. Rachmaninoff) and many others.

Azer Rzazade (Tenor)

He was born on 17th of July 1990 in the city of Baku (the Republic of Azerbaijan). In 2009 he was admitted to the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli and completed in successfully. In 2010 he joined the academic theatre of opera and ballet as a soloist. He debuted in the Carmen opera and later performed at such plays as Rigoletto, Il Travatore, La Boheme, Pagliacci, La Traviata and others. In 2012 he was admitted to the opera studio Santa Cecilia (city of Rome, Italy) where he took part in master classes given by well-known opera vocalists Renata Scotto, Giuseppe Sabbatini, Mariella Devia, Raina Kabaivanska, Magda Olivero, Rolando Villazon, Salvador Carbo, Renato Bruson and Cristina Muti. In 2013 he won international contests and took part in international festivals, performed with many orchestras of the world in Austria, France, Italy, Russia, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Turkey, the Great Britain. Azer Rzazade is the first Azerbaijan opera vocalist who is going to study at the world famous La Scala academy (city of Milano, Italy). His repertoire includes: Sevil by F. Amirov, L'elisir d'amore by G. Donizetti, Aleko by S. Rachmaninoff and many others.

Aytaj Shikhalizada (Mezzo Soprano)

She was born on 28th of April 1993 in the city of Baku (Republic of Azerbaijan). In 2003 she was admitted to the pianoforte department of the Bulbul school (group of professor A. Vekilov). In 2008 she transferred to the vocal department (group of lecturer E. Mamedova). In 2008 according to the decree issued by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, she was granted the Presidential Scholarship. In 2008 she performed as soloist at the concerts named “Angels of Good Will of Azerbaijan” that were held in Paris, Brussels, Strasbourg at the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva hanum the first lady of Azerbaijan and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador. In 2010 she was admitted to the Baku Music Academy, vocal department (group of F. Kasimova, professor and the People’s Artist of Azerbaijan). In 2010-2013 she was the soloist of the Azerbaijan State Philarmony named after Muslim Magomaev. In 2010 she won the 1st prize at the V “Courage” Festival of patriotic songs. She performed with the symphonic orchestra directed by Dmitry Yablonsky. She is the winner of the 1st prize at the V contest of young performers named after N. Aliverdibekov (city of Baku, Azerbaijan). In 2012 at the Bulbul International Vocalists Contest (city of Baku, Azerbaijan) she was awarded with the Hope prize. In 2013 she won the Grand Prix of the IX Republican Contest “Springs of Soul”. Since 2014 she has been the soloist of the Azerbaijan State Television. In 2012 she took part in training events of Tom Krause and Francesca Patane. Her repertoire includes Carmen (Carmen opera by G. Bizet), Delilah (Samson and Delilah opera by C. Saint-Saens), Lyubasha (the Tsar’s Bride opera by N. Rimsky-Korsakov), Dorabella (Thus Do They All opera by W.A. Mozart), Gulush (Sevil opera by F. Amirov).
